WW&W Help at the Feast of St. James's

Hello ladies,

I can not come tonight but I wanted to reach out to WWW for volunteer
help for the upcoming Feast of St. James's! We need volunteers all
day on Wednesday, Oct 26!

We need help decorating and setting up the Science Museum on Wednesday
at 9 am until 12:00. If you can help out during any portion of this
time, we would greatly welcome the help.

Also, we are looking for volunteers to help the evening of the Feast.
Among other tasks, we need more:

-table hosts - you are the host of a table of fellow parishioners,
making sure everyone is happy, has food and wine, etc. You are the
'cruise director' of the table.

-Entrance greeters - We are creating a fun entry into the dinner.
For WWW and other younger members of the church here, I would love
them to help here. You must be able to come at 5:30.
